Account Manager

Senior leader to oversee client engagements

Serve as primary client interface – responsible for working closely with clients to determine needs and tailoring services to best meet those needs, including developing statements of work, budgeting and scheduling. 10-15 years prior experience at an executive level, managing downstream marketing teams required. Medical marketing experience required.

  • Design and lead consulting projects
  • Conduct diagnostic interviews and partner with senior executives to create project plans
  • Work closely with client project teams to pro-actively identify and resolve issues that may adversely impact project
  • Facilitate meetings and participating in working sessions with clients
  • Actively and methodically align various cross-functional stakeholders around objectives and measures of success
  • Continuously communicate project status and results
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadline

Experienced writer who makes complex concepts easy to communicate

Responsible for communicating a compelling, targeted and engaging message to meet client needs across the sales cycle. 5-7 years in biotech, med tech or healthcare IT copywriting required. Deliverables include:

Responsible for performing methodical research and gathering data to help hone the marketing strategy and execution plan and increase competitiveness. Survey customer preferences and market data in order to support clients in product designs, pricing and promotions. 5-7 years experience in market research required.

  • Gather data on demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
